Plan and execute mechanical designs using 3D CAD programs
Carry out engineering studies and calculations required for new solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation, such as engineering drawings, bills of materials and design manuals
Build prototypes and run tests to measure their level of function
Collaborate with assembly team during product manufacturing, advise them on design specifications and provide assistance when required
Create assembly guides
Create simple user guides for non-technical users

What will you be doing in our #tech_hive:

Planning, organizing, and overseeing the production of medical devices in accordance with schedules, quality standards, and applicable regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, MDR / ISO 13485).
Ensuring production efficiency and timeliness, optimizing processes to increase productivity.
Leading a small production team.
Solving current production challenges and ensuring smooth communication between team members and other departments (e.g., R&D, Procurement).
Supervising compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in the medical devices industry (e.g., ISO 9001, MDR / ISO 13485).
Initiating and overseeing activities aimed at continuous improvement of production quality and delivered devices, as well as supplier collaboration.
Working closely with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
Initiating and implementing optimization projects and new technologies in the production process, as well as collaborating with suppliers (supply chain).
Monitoring industry trends and innovations, and proposing improvements to the production process.

Supporting teams in effectively sharing information within the company.
