People, prosperity, planet, partnership and peace. Those are dimensions which the United Nations set in 2015 in 17 the Sustainable Development Goals. For tech_hive those are the areas which inspired us while building our business and social responsibility strategy. As A4BEE we want to make the world a better place. By treating Company Social Responsibility (CSR) as part of our foundation on which we have built our business, we want to make an impact not only to the individuals but also to communities and a society.

Each year, as a company we decide whom to support financially. We collect opinion from everyone at #tech_hive what people think about charities, what are their own habits, which values they want support the most. We are glad to share that 83% of #tech_hive employees actively support NGOs. There are 2 main ways how are team to that:

  • Financial support – 49%
  • Volunteering – 20%
  • Both – 31%

At the end of 2020 we made a decision to financially support three organizations which missions are important to A4BEE employees:

  • Mam Marzenie foundation’s mission is to fulfill the dreams of children aged 3-18, suffering from life-threatening diseases. Through their activities, they want to provide sick children and their families with unforgettable experiences that will allow them to forget about suffering for a moment, bring joy and strength to fight disease and hope for the future into their lives.

  • Kampania Przeciw Homofobii which mission is supporting homosexual, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people and their relatives through political, social and legal advocacy, creating and implementing systemic educational solutions for various professional groups, and building a broad allied movement.

  • The mission of the SYNAPSIS Foundation is to provide professional help to children and adults with autism and their families to develop systemic solutions that will improve the quality of their lives.

and also treatment of little Emilka who is suffering from a serious rare disease called SMA, spinal muscular atrophy.

This is part of A4BEE’s mission to make a social impact and change the world around us for the better and take care of the society we live in.
